Job summary

Smile Doctors in Anniston, AL is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about orthodontic options, work out financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships.

You will present treatment plans, educate patients on the plan of treatment and overcome objections, follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year of sales or service experience is required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and overcome objections.
• Educate patients on treatment options and payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule consultations.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed.
• Assist in local marketing and community events.
