Smiles of Ohio is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on orthodontic treatment options, work out financial arrangements, and foster strong patient relationships. You will present plans, discuss payment options, and help schedule treatments and consultations.

The role involves preparing for patient exams, following up with leads, coordinating referrals to specialists, and supporting local marketing and community events. A proactive, empathetic communicator is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of sales or service experience.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on options.
• Explain financial options and educate on payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
