Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our Allen and McKinney practices. In this full‑time role you will lead new patient consultations, present treatment options, and coordinate care with the orthodontists and front desk team to create seamless patient experiences.

With a focus on case presentation, insurance verification, and financing discussions, you will help drive treatment acceptance while supporting production goals and patient

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred).
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations.
• Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently.
• Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits.
• Coordinate with orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, and front desk team.
• Support production goals and patient retention.
