Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for a growing orthodontic practice in Highland Village and Lewisville, TX. This patient-facing role focuses on presenting treatment plans, explaining insurance coverage and financial options, and guiding families toward accepting recommended care.

The ideal candidate has dental or orthodontic coordination experience, strong consultative sales skills, and a track record of building relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental or orthodontic treatment coordination experience required.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in a dental or orthodontic practice.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to gain patient commitment.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing patient financial responsibilities.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance coverage, and billing processes.
• Comfortable explaining treatment costs and overcoming financial objections.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and patient documentation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective patients and families to discuss orthodontic treatment options.
• Partner with the orthodontist to coordinate treatment plans and timelines.
• Present recommended treatment plans and explain procedures, expectations, and next steps.
• Review treatment costs, insurance coverage, and estimated out-of-pocket expenses.
• Explain financial arrangements and address patient concerns regarding treatment costs.
• Help patients understand the value and benefits of recommended orthodontic treatment.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families to encourage treatment acceptance.
• Follow up with prospective patients and help convert consultations into scheduled treatment.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with referring dental practices as needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment plans, patient records, and financial documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, insurance, and administrative responsibilities related to treatment coordination.

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Location: Highland Village & Lewisville, TX

Pay: $60-68K

Bonus: Proposed $2,500 sign-on bonus plus performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Work Setting: Onsite, with travel between practice locations
