Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practices in Olathe and Overland Park. This full-time role supports new patient consultations, treatment planning, and coordination with clinicians and front desk staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong case presentation skills, experience verifying insurance, and managing payment plans to improve case acceptance and retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Responsibilities

• Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations
• Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
