Job summary

Oltjen Orthodontics in Olathe and Overland Park is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This full-time role focuses on presenting treatment options, coordinating with the clinical and front desk team, and guiding patients through financing and insurance benefits.

You will conduct new patient consultations, explain fees and payment plans, and support production goals while ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or related role.
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans.

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations
• Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
