Job summary

Roanoke Valley Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will educate patients on treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and help cultivate strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities include presenting plans, handling insurance verification, coordinating referrals, and supporting front desk operations. A friendly, proactive approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.

• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Verify insurance.
