Hurley & Volk Orthodontics in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on treatment options and financing, and to help keep the schedule full. You will present plans, handle financial discussions, and follow up with prospects to book consultations.

The role requires strong communication, sales ability, and relationship-building skills. A high school diploma is required; college education is a plus.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients and maintain relationships.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsabilidades

• Educate new patients on available treatment options.
• Present orthodontic treatment plans and explain plans and costs.
• Educate patients on payment options and financial policies.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule consultations or begin treatment.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists prior to treatment as necessary.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
