Job summary

Jobtailor in Orlando, FL seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to lead a team of Practice Managers across multiple clinics. You will oversee daily operations, ensure patient care quality, drive KPI performance, and travel to each location to sustain standards.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing staff, communicating objectives, enforcing budgets, and maintaining HR processes. You will partner with the VP of Clinical Operations to align operations with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business management experience.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with staff and doctors.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to apply analytics results to process improvement and strategic thinking.
• Able to travel 60%–70% of the time if needed.
• Frequent travel required to maintain appropriate relationships.
• Use of Google at work and other tools required by the direct manager.

• Conduct training on human resources, compliance, and technical topics.
• Conduct regular inspections
