Scott Family Orthodontics in Wake Forest, NC seeks a Practice Manager to lead operations and people management. This hands-on role includes stepping in as Treatment Coordinator (TC) or Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) when needed and partnering with SALT Dental Partners to ensure smooth daily performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and strong communication. Expect to drive patient experience, schedules, and business results in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a patient-facing team in a clinical or dental setting.
• Strong communication, coaching, and HR-related skills.
• Comfort with budgets, scheduling, and practice metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and people management for the practice.
• Coach TC/PCC coverage and oversee scheduling and patient flow.
• Monitor key metrics: budget, production, starts, and revenue.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate morning huddles, meetings, and staffing plans.
