Salt Dental Partners is seeking a Practice Manager for Scott Family Orthodontics in Wake Forest, NC. The role leads operations and staffing, ensuring a high-quality patient experience while partnering with Dr. Scott, the Regional Manager, and SALT Dental Partners.

The Practice Manager steps in as Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator when needed, maintaining scheduling, budget, and staff performance to support clinical excellence and business results.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership or management experience in a patient-facing environment, dental/orthodontic preferred.
• Ability and willingness to provide TC/PCC coverage as needed.
• Positive, solutions-focused leadership with strong communication and follow-through.
• Comfort with business metrics, scheduling, labor management, budgets/P&L, and practice software.

Aufgaben

• Monitor budget, production, revenue, starts, conversion, schedule utilization, labor, patient experience, and expenses.
• Coach TC conversion and follow-up to grow patient growth.
• Oversee insurance submissions and AR processes.
• Provide TC/PCC coverage and front-office support as needed.
• Own patient scheduling and flow, including no-shows and cancellations.
• Lead morning huddles and team meetings with prepared data and priorities.
• Coordinate staffing, PTO, timecards, payroll processes, and HR collaboration.
