Job summary

Rock Dental Missouri PLLC seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and resources for two Arkansas clinics in Hot Springs and Texarkana. You will lead a patient-first team, uphold brand standards, and ensure professional clinic presentation.

This role requires 2+ years in clinical operations, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate travel and maintain exceptional patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical operations experience (orthodontic or dental management preferred; medical clinic management considered).
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proven conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of professional excellence and leadership by example.
• Active CPR certification and valid Arkansas driver's license.
