Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of proven operational leadership or management experience in a clinical/dental setting (or equivalent multi-unit operations).
• Licensure/ Certifications: RDA/CDA license preferred; CPR certification preferred.
• Track record: leadership excellence, strong team management, and effective conflict resolution.
