Job summary

Westrock Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our patient‑focused team in Bartlett and Cordova clinics. You will partner with the orthodontist, prepare operatories, and assist with wires, bands, and retainers while taking digital scans and fabricating appliances.

The role emphasizes patient education, accurate notes, and strong communication as you support a high‑performing team across two clinics weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Orthodontic Assistant license.
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, tools, and terminology.
• Positive, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills.
• A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Orthodontist during exams and treatments to ensure each patient receives top-notch care.
• Prepare and maintain operatories and equipment – keeping things organized, clean, and ready to go.
• Assist with orthodontic procedures such as placing/removing wires, bands, and retainers.
• Take digital scans and help fabricate custom appliances and retainers.
• Educate and support patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
• Keep accurate treatment notes and collaborate with your teammates to deliver amazing results.
• This role helps support Bartlett and Cordova clinics 2 days a week at each clinic.
