Job summary

LumioDental, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager to lead the practice, coordinating schedules, managing patient care, and serving as the central contact between team members and clinicians.

The ideal candidate brings orthodontic management experience and strong leadership, with a focus on training staff, maintaining patient records, and ensuring timely documentation. Expect travel to Tulsa sites four days a week and one day to Oklahoma City, in collaboration with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Orthodontic management experience.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Prior dental or ortho experience is a plus.
• This position does require traveling to different Tulsa locations 4 days a week and 1 day to Oklahoma City!

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages office schedules for training, operations, and team members.
• Oversees treatment plans and accurate estimates to the patients.
• Partner with Dentist and Hygienist in coordinating the desired schedule to fit patients' needs.
• Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Tracks and accurately pays all invoices and charges for the office, and orders supplies.
• Makes daily bank deposits of cash and checks.
• Ensures that all required documentation is completed efficiently and meets established deadlines.
• Interviews, hires, and conducts performance reviews for all team members.
• Coordinates morning huddles with team members.
