Lumio Dental in Oklahoma is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to take charge of the back office and support the clinical team. You will lead a small team of dental assistants, coordinate with Doctors and Hygienists, and handle supplies and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a back office in a dental setting or demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of dental assistants.
• Communicate and partner with Doctors and Hygienists.
• Order supplies and ensure compliance.
• Keep the back office running smoothly.
• Expose dental diagnostic X-Rays.
• Record treatment information in patient records.
• Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients.
• Clean teeth using dental instruments including cleaning and polishing removable appliances.
• Apply a protective coating of fluoride to teeth.
• Fabricate temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary impressions.
• Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs.
• Pour, trim, and polish study casts.
