We are seeking an Office Manager to become a part of our team! We are a modern Orthodontic practice seeking the right person who believes in culture, process, and excellence. We expect a lot from our leaders and are looking for a strong individual who can support and help them grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional experience
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • Conduct and document monthly reviews with each staff member
  • Oversee all inventory, supply ordering, and document all operational expenses
  • Manage daily operations of the facility, including decision making, patient interactions, scheduling, forecasting, and paying operational bills
  • Manage staff and doctor work schedules
  • Staff training and development plan for new team members
