Wermerson Orthodontics in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a career-minded Front Desk Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our busy practice. This full-time role runs 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM, four days a week, focusing on scheduling appointments and providing a welcoming, patient-centered experience.

You will greet patients, answer phones, start contracts, and support the team with smooth patient flow. Prior orthodontic or dental front desk experience is preferred but not required; we value

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and friendly professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and anticipate the needs of patients and staff.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out process.
• Assist front desk team with coordination of treatment scheduling and basic coordination tasks.
• Explain scheduling options, and help with financial arrangements as needed.
