Papasikos Orthodontics in Montclair, NJ is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet patients, answer calls, and run reports. This in-person role requires excellent communication and a positive, extroverted personality. Training will be provided for orthodontic-specific tasks.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 9:00–6:00 or 8:30–5:30 on select days. We offer 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No orthodontic work experience necessary—we will train you.
• Basic computer skills and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients when they arrive at the office.
