Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly greet patients, handle front desk duties, and provide administrative support across multiple clinics. You will manage calls, registrations, payments, and scheduling while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient satisfaction.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel between Munster, Portage and Homewood.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of patient service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) expected.
• Strong problem solving and de-escalation skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and provide information and assistance.
• Answer incoming calls and manage front desk duties.
• Collect patient information and complete registrations.
• Process payments and schedule follow-ups; confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate comm-log and up-to-date patient communications.
