Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners seeks a friendly, organized Orthodontic Front Desk & Patient Coordinator with a DentalMonitoring focus. You will manage front-office duties, DM dashboards, patient communications, onboarding, and coordination with the clinical team to deliver efficient orthodontic care.

The ideal candidate learns technology quickly, communicates confidently with patients and families, and upholds an exceptional patient experience while supporting daily DM workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
• Previous dental/healthcare/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology, software, dashboards, and digital platforms.
• Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and committed to an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point person for day-to-day DentalMonitoring workflows and DM dashboard monitoring.
• Coordinate patient communications, scan follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Assist the clinical team and ensure a seamless patient experience between visits.
• Maintain front-office efficiency and support high-quality orthodontic care.
