• Comfortable learning new technology, dashboards, and digital communication platforms.
• Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and committed to helping provide an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary point person for day-to-day DM workflow management, including dashboard monitoring and patient communications.
• Manage scan follow-up, onboarding, and coordination with the clinical team.
• Support the practice in delivering efficient, high-quality orthodontic care and excellent patient experience.
