Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
• Previous dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology, software, dashboards, and digital communication platforms.
• Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and committed to helping provide an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point person for day-to-day DM workflow management, including dashboard monitoring and patient communication.
• Manage scan follow-up and onboarding with patients.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to support efficient orthodontic care.
• Ensure patients feel supported both inside and between office visits.
