Responsibilities
- Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and coordinate related information.
- Prepare, review, and present treatment contracts and financial arrangements.
- Explain financial options and payment plans clearly and compassionately.
- Process and monitor insurance claims and benefits.
- Support patients through every step of their financial journey.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a great patient experience.
