Responsibilities

• Educate patients on insurance coverage and treatment investments.
• Review financial contracts and start forms with families.
• Create invoices, post payments, and review payment plans.
• Explain office policies and payment options to parents.
• Train and onboard new patients with our SOPs and Loom videos.
• Coordinate with team to ensure a smooth patient onboarding.
