Job summary

Quince Orchard Dental Care is hiring an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support our two offices in Gaithersburg and Bethesda. You will assist dentists during a variety of procedures, take X-rays, manage rooms, and help with patient education and records.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of dental assisting experience, orthodontic exposure preferred, MD DA license, and CPR certification. This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus benefits, with the team focused on compassionate,

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments
• Assist dentists during procedures and hand instruments
• Take and process X-rays; perform basic lab tasks as instructed
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and discuss oral hygiene
• Maintain patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Support a positive, professional patient experience across two offices
