Job summary

Burke Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician II to join our growing team in Centerville, Ohio. You will assist with appliances, records, and lab work under the supervision of an orthodontist, while maintaining smooth patient flow and delivering excellent clinical care.

You’ll manage remote monitoring, triage patient scans or messages, educate patients on care, and uphold infection-control policies. Prior orthodontic experience or Smile Doctor’s Clinician background preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances and taking full records.
• Maintain patient flow and accurate charting under supervision of orthodontist.
• Perform lab procedures under supervision of orthodontist.
• Administer remote monitoring dashboard, triage patient scans and messages.

Looking for a career that makes you smile?Burke Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician II to join our growing team.Responsible for delivering positive clinical experience to all patients while following strict adherence to company policies as well state dental laws, rules and regulations under the direction and supervision of an Orthodontist.How you’ll make us better:Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances, and taking full records under supervision of the OrthodontistPerform accurate and efficient procedures to maintain the schedule and patient flowReview patient charts, log appropriate patient data and transcribe doctor notesPerform laboratory procedures under supervision of an OrthodontistAssist the Point with performing final checks on patients and leading patient flowAdminister the remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage patient scans, respond to direct patient messages, and triage notificationsEducate the patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoringClean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and operatory following standard protocolsAssist in Local Store Marketing and community eventsAdhere to all infection-control policies and protocolsYour special skills:We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
