Job summary

Stoll Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician II to join our growing team. The role involves assisting with appliances, records, and patient flow under an Orthodontist’s supervision.

You will educate patients on care, operate the remote monitoring dashboard, and support marketing and community events. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of orthodontic experience or six months as Smile Doctor’s Orthodontic Clinician.
• Dental Board certification if required by state.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing/ removing orthodontic appliances and taking full records under supervision.
• Maintain schedule and patient flow with accurate procedures.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Assist with final checks and patient flow leadership.
• Administer remote monitoring dashboard including triage of patient scans/messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatory per protocols.
• Support local store marketing and community events.
