Job summary

Pavlo Orthodontics in Peabody, MA is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations and partner with doctors and leadership to elevate patient care.

This full-time role (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri) focuses on operational excellence, budgeting, HIPAA compliance, team development, and delivering a best-in-class patient experience while supporting growth across the practice network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, office administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in dental or healthcare environments with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
• Financial management experience including budgeting and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations across multiple locations, including scheduling and patient communications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PIPA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
• Optimize patient flow and chair utilization for a seamless experience.
• Monitor budgets, accounts receivable, and month-end reconciliation.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding.
