Job summary

Wermerson Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their orthodontic journey and coordinate with the clinical team for a smooth, confident start to treatment.

The role includes discussing treatment options, costs, and financial arrangements, while also supporting the front desk with calls, scheduling, and patient greetings. Four days a week, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, full-time in Sioux Falls.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new patients and families to guide them through orthodontic treatment options and costs.
• Explain recommendations and financial arrangements to help patients begin treatment.
• Assist Front Desk with phones, scheduling, and greeting patients as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
