Baptiste Orthodontics in Orlando, FL is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support the Orthodontist with patients and deliver high-quality care. You will prepare operatories, assist during exams and ortho treatment, and help maintain a smooth, patient-focused workflow.

The role requires good communication to explain treatment plans to parents and patients, and accuracy in documenting all procedures in electronic and paper records.

Qualifications

• Prefer some Orthodontic Assistant experience or dental experience.
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Orthodontist with patients and ensure high quality care.
• Prepare patient operatory and equipment and assist during examination and ortho treatment.
• Communicate treatment needs to parent and patient using the treatment plan.
• Document all treatment rendered in electronic and paper dental records.
• Maintain comfort and safety of patients.
• Support the Conroy Windermere Rd and West Colonial Dr. clinics.
