Baptiste Orthodontics in Orlando, FL is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support the Orthodontist and deliver high-quality patient care. You will assist during exams and ortho treatment, prepare operatory and equipment, and help with documentation and follow-up across our Conroy Windermere Rd and West Colonial Dr. locations.

The role requires clear communication with patients and parents, familiarity with orthodontic appliances, and flexibility to work both front and back of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Prefer some Orthodontic Assistant experience but will consider those with dental experience.
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances

Responsibilities

• Assist the Orthodontist with patients to ensure high quality care.
• Prepare patient operatory and equipment for examinations and treatment.
• Communicate treatment needs clearly to parents and patients.
• Document all treatment rendered in dental records, both electronic and paper.
• Support clinics and maintain cleanliness and restocking as needed.
