Job summary

Baptiste Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support orthodontists and patients at our Orlando clinics. You will assist during examinations and ortho treatment, prepare operatory and equipment, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Ideal candidates have orthodontic or dental experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work both front and back of the clinic. Clinic hours are 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Clear and calm communication with patients and parents about treatment needs.
• Recognition of prior authorization requirements and signed consent forms.
• Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Document all treatment accurately in electronic and paper records.

Responsibilities

• Assist Orthodontist with patients during examination and ortho treatment.
• Prepare patient operatory and equipment; provide chairside support.
• Perform general housekeeping and restocking as needed.
• Support multiple clinic locations (Conroy Windermere Rd and West Colonial Dr).
