All Smiles Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant. You will prep patients, assist the Orthodontist, and complete chairside procedures while ensuring patient comfort. Maintain patient records and support staff as needed.

The role requires strong communication, an accredited Orthodontic Assistant program, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Located in Florida, with multiple office locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and assist the Orthodontist during treatments.
• Review patient notes to anticipate instruments and steps.
• Provide orthodontic care instructions and dental health education to patients and families.
• Help patients and parents feel comfortable at each visit.
• Communicate treatment needs to clinic staff.
• Take panorex X-rays for treatment.
