**OFFERING A SIGN-ON BONUS OF UP TO $2,000 + PRODUCTION BONUS FOR QUALIFIED ORTHO ASSISTANTS**

Tebo Dentalis a well-established and privately-owned children & teen and orthodontic group with locations just north ofAtlanta, GA. Our ortho department currently sees patients in our Lilburn, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, and Cumming offices. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated professionals who are eager to provide quality and efficient dental care. Loyal individuals who have a friendly chair-side manner and are open to making a commitment to growth within our company are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate patient needs/concerns with the orthodontist
• Thoroughly educate patients on various procedures and treatment recommendations
• Provide post-operative and general oral health care instructions to patients
• Gather all patient dental records
• Notate patient charting and clinical notes
• Take digital x-rays and intraoral images as needed
• Provide chair side assistance to the orthodontist during treatment
• Maintain patient room supplies and ensure inventory is appropriately stocked
• Sterilize instruments and equipment and assemble trays
• Perform various laboratory duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience as an orthodontic assistant
• Able to travel between our Lilburn, Dacula, and Peachtree Corners practice locations
• Knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology
• Previous experience using Dolphin Imaging practice management software is a plus
• Available to work part-time between three to four days each week
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional attention-to-detail
