Job summary

Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, GA is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (Ortho) to join the OR team. The role supports the surgeon and perioperative staff, maintains sterile technique, manages instruments, counts, and supplies throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.

Ideal candidates have CST certification, Georgia license, BLS, and orthopedics experience; familiarity with Stryker Mako robotics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Surgical Technician program.
• Prefer 2–3 years OR experience and CST certification.
• Georgia CST license in good standing; NBSTSA credential.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with orthopedic instrumentation; Stryker Mako Robot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in sterile technique during procedures.
• Assist surgeon and OR team; maintain instrument counts and supplies.
• Prepare instruments and supplies; ensure equipment readiness.
• On-call position with rotation in the operating room.
