Job summary

The Athens Orthopedic Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to support the OR team in a fast-paced orthopedic setting. The CST will prepare procedures, maintain sterile fields, and assist with instrument and supply management during surgical cases.

Responsibilities include ensuring readiness of instruments, turnover of rooms, and collaboration with nursing and surgical staff.

Qualifications

• A Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech program and CST certification.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• One year of OR or physician office experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced orthopedic ASC environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical procedures and assist in the operating room.
• Complete sterilization of equipment and turnover of rooms.
• Stock supplies and maintain instrument readiness.
• Support the surgical team and adhere to aseptic standards.
