Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Surgical Scrub Tech for our Wauwatosa, WI clinic. You will join a single-OR orthopedic team, work steady weekday hours, and be part of a close-knit surgical unit. This permanent, on-site role pays a competitive hourly rate and includes strong benefits.

Earn $43–$46 per hour with 15 PTO days, your birthday off, and paid holidays. Responsibilities include OR preparation, sterile field maintenance, assisting surgeons, and coordinating room turnover to ensure efficient cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program, with current BLS.
• CST certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR with instruments, implants, supplies, and equipment based on surgeon preference cards.
• Establish and maintain the sterile field, and assist surgeons throughout orthopedic procedures.
• Perform surgical counts with the circulating nurse, and handle specimens and implants according to protocol.
• Manage room turnover, reprocess instruments, and coordinate with sterile processing.
• Stock and replenish supplies, update preference cards, and support inventory between cases.
