Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Surgical Technologist in Wisconsin. The role operates under RN supervision, performing scrub duties, selecting and maintaining instruments, and ensuring sterile technique throughout procedures. You will join a team supporting patient care across perioperative settings.

Requirements include graduation from a surgical technology program, NBSTSA certification within one year, and current BLS. On-site, full-time schedule with rotating 8-hour shifts and on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited or military surgical technology program.
• NBSTSA certification required within one year of hire date and maintained thereafter.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient care to the surgical patient as scrub role under RN supervision.
• Prepare, select, and maintain instrumentation, equipment and supplies.
• Apply sterile/aseptic technique and adapt to unpredictable perioperative situations.
