Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Current State licensure and CPR.
• Minimum 2 years of prior surgical experience; orthopedic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to surgeons and OR team before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain sterile field at all times and anticipate surgeon needs.
• Prepare, handle, and manage instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with OR staff to ensure efficient, safe procedures in a high-volume ASC.
• Participate in continuing education and department improvement initiatives.
