Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Orthopedics Lead in Valley Park, Missouri to coordinate care on the Integrated Spine Unit. The role involves clinical leadership, mentorship, and direct patient care within a specialized orthopedic and neurologic spine program.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will optimize daily operations, develop staff, and collaborate with spine surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• 2-5 years nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
