BJC HealthCare is seeking an experienced Team Lead Charge Nurse for our 174 Integrated Spine Unit in St. Louis, MO. This role provides clinical leadership, coordinates daily operations, mentors staff, and delivers direct patient care as needed on a day shift.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license with 2+ years of nursing experience and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and leadership abilities. The unit supports spine surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required, MO or compact license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates identification and resolution of gaps in care from hospitalization to ambulatory care.
• Leads development and implementation of complex care plans with interprofessional team.
• Champions evidence-based practice and supports changes to standards of care.
• Analyzes gaps in practice standards and helps enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe operation.
