The ideal candidate has RN licensure and 2+ years of nursing experience with strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. This safety-sensitive position offers growth in a specialized spine setting and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
• Licenses & Certifications: RN
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Supervisor Experience: No Experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitates identification and resolution of gaps in care from hospitalization, at discharge, and into the ambulatory care setting.
• Leads the development and implementation of complex individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and the patient, family, or caregiver in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
• Actively utilizes and champions scientific inquiry for evidence-based practices and supports practice change based on new knowledge.
