The ideal candidate will have BSN with MSN preferred and 3–5 years of nursing supervisory experience, plus 5–10 years of RN work experience. This salaried, exempt role offers weekdays, with benefits beginning the first full month after start date.

Responsibilities

• Manages staffing, training, assigns work, evaluates performance and conducts professional development plans.
• Directs the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by evidence-based clinical and management practices.
• Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets.
• Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
• Promotes and is accountable for customer satisfaction, process indicators and quality improvement plans.
