Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed RN with a Diploma or an Associate Degree.
• Experience in ortho spine and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork for better outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies and staffing initiatives to boost engagement and performance.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training new staff; supports performance management.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
