HCA HealthONE is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for Spalding Rehabilitation. The CNC will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across shifts, directing nursing services and coordinating with leadership to support outcomes.

The candidate should hold Colorado RN licensure (BSN preferred) and have leadership experience. The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to policies, and improving patient experiences within a large healthcare system.

Formación

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
• BSN preferred. Activity in professional organizations encouraged.
• Six months of clinical practice in the unit and leadership/management experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit, with the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to create teamwork that supports improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Oversees staff scheduling and productivity to align with patient care needs.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, staffing, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Manages inventory control and supplies/equipment.
