Qualifications

• Pursuing a related bachelor's degree; enrolled after summer.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be a U.S. permanent resident or citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership and business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales and Operations staff to learn all branch aspects; prepare a sales presentation.
• Prepare a project segment to develop a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use with coaching from sales teams.
• Shadow and assist drivers with kit deliveries.
• Assist warehouse staff in assembling instrument kits.
• Interact with teams about products.
• Support sales and field operations on special projects.
