The Health Care Authority for Baptist Health, An Affiliate of UAB Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning and interventions, and will collaborate with physicians and clinicians in care planning.

Competenze

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc may be required depending on area.
