Baptist Health in Montgomery, Alabama, seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care.

The RN will utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and interventions, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians in care delivery. Active RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS may be needed depending on area.

Formación

• Nursing degree required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required and BLS.
• Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and execution of interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and delivering patient care.
• Additional duties may be assigned within the scope of the role.
