Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality patient care and continuity. The RN uses the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions while coordinating with physicians and other clinicians.

Licensure and BLS are required; BSN is preferred depending on the area. Education/Experience: Degree in Nursing required; active RN licensure and potentially ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in Nursing required.

• Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.) may be required depending on area.
